Treat Gift Packaging

It really doesn’t have to take much to make a simple gift a little bit more special with packaging.

Treat Gift PackagingUsing what I already had on hand and a couple new finds, this is what I came up with for my favorite seasonal gift giving treat.

Hot Chocolate Gift Packaging

I made some hot chocolate on a stick for my coworkers using my Gingerbread Hot Chocolate and Spiced White Hot Chocolate recipes. Both of which I love so be sure to check them out!

Target Treat Bags

I found these cute red and white bags at Target for $.40!

Target Wooden Gift Tags

I also found these adorable wooden tree tags at Target. They were $4 for a box of 24 ($.17/tag). I removed the string and glued the trees onto painted clothespins. To personalize each one, I glued glittered chipboard letters onto the trees.

With the help of my Silhouette, I made tags which were clipped on with the clothespins.

Marshmallow Glassine Bags Sewn Shut

What’s hot chocolate without marshmallows, right? So I decided to include a little bag of marshmallows packaged in glassine pouches and sewn shut with a hand stamped label.

Simple Treat Gift Packaging with Target

And that’s all there was to it!

Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Holiday and Happy New Year! See you next year!
